Ron Ka-Tsun So is the president & CEO of Creative Art Glass Inc.  While he is recognized for his aesthetic sensitivity, his roots are in the field of Industrial Engineering, major in method engineering, product design, facility planning & safety management. He has spent many years of his career working for successful corporations such as Hallmark Cards, Steelcase Canada, and Phillip Electronic.

Ron has always been creatively inclined. Yet, it was not until 1984 that his creativity and artistic talents have been fully explored in combination with his technical and engineering expertise in the architectural and art glass industry.  An article in the Spring issue of the 1991 Glass Art Magazine from Colorado has covered this exciting story of how, through his innovative projects, Ron has elevated art glass from a craft to a technically and artistically respected architectural application.
